Sustainability at BAC Impalloy

At BAC Impalloy we know that heavy industry will always leave a mark on the environment. Our ambition is to make that mark as small as possible and to let sustainability guide our daily decisions.

To support this journey we have worked with KHS Kompetence and Roskilde Business College through the course Leadership in Green Transition and Sustainability. The course has given us a shared language around environment, people and governance, and it has helped us grow stronger as a company and more responsible as part of society.

This mindset shapes the way we work today. Pilot projects explore new ways to reduce our footprint. Our more sustainable alloys minimize impact on the marine environment while also extending the lifetime of critical infrastructure. And in daily production we focus on reducing waste, reusing resources and improving conditions for our people.

For us the green transition is not a finish line but a continuous process of learning, testing and improving. We have already taken important steps — and we are only just getting started.
