Fast Production and Broad Capacity
BAC Impalloy manufactures a wide range of sacrificial anodes in both zinc and aluminum—from small custom anodes of 200 grams to large offshore installations weighing up to 500 kilos. With more than 2.5 million kilos of aluminum and zinc cast annually and furnace capacity exceeding current demand, the company is well-equipped to handle both busy seasons and urgent orders.
The company manages the entire production chain in-house: from fabricating the steel inserts for the anodes (including cutting and sandblasting) to casting the finished anode. BAC Impalloy also designs and builds its own furnaces and molds, giving the company a unique ability to continuously optimize, tailor solutions, and respond quickly and precisely to customer needs.
