About FMMS
The Fleet Maintenance & Modernization Symposium (FMMS), organized by the American Society of Naval Engineers (ASNE), is an annual event focused on the sustainment and readiness of the U.S. Navy’s fleet. It brings together Navy leadership, government representatives, shipyards, engineers, industry professionals, and academic experts to exchange knowledge and discuss the challenges and opportunities in fleet maintenance, modernization, and lifecycle management.
The program includes technical sessions, keynote presentations, and an exhibit hall that highlight current priorities, emerging technologies, and collaborative approaches to ensuring naval and maritime assets remain ready and effective.
