On Friday, September 5, we proudly celebrated our colleague Finn, who this year marks his 25th anniversary at BAC Impalloy. The official date was actually August 1, but due to the summer holiday period, we postponed the celebration until Friday – and of course, it had to be done in style.
Finn’s story with the company is truly special. He began his journey on October 1, 1989, at what was then BAC. After more than 10 years, on August 1, 2000, he moved to DAC, which shortly thereafter acquired BAC – opening a new chapter in what we know today as BAC Impalloy.
This means that Finn has in fact been part of our history for 36 years – helping shape the company’s development both during the turbulent 1990s and throughout the 25 years of growth and expansion that followed.
Over the years, Finn has held many roles and has always been a vital part of our shared success. He started out as a Technical Designer and a link between Marine Sales and Production, while also handling internal sales. Later, he became Production Manager – a role he held until 2018, after which he returned to the sales department with a focus on internal sales.
Finn’s loyalty, experience, and commitment are invaluable to BAC Impalloy. He is also known for his great sense of humor, his politeness, and not least his friendliness. Finn is a living example of the culture and teamwork that drive our company forward.
We wish Finn a huge congratulations on his anniversary – and thank him for more than three decades of dedication to BAC Impalloy!
